When does orders get shipped with tracking numbers?
After an order is placed, please allow our team to ship it out within 3-5 business days.
How do Pre orders work?
Pre-order is ordering an item of merchandise before it is available, with an understanding that it will be shipped later. If you order a pre-order item with a non pre-order item, they will be shipped out together. Please keep in mind that pre-orders take 2-4 weeks to be shipped out.
You will be charged at the time of checkout for order to be successfully placed. There will be NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS for preorders due to COVID-19.
Tracking numbers
Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order.
All orders are shipped through USPS and only takes 1-3 business to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.
Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with USPS must be handled with USPS because we are not a shipping carrier.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
